Terms of use
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These terms are between you and BishBash (“we”, “us”), who provides VetoVoter.
Agreement. By using VetoVoter, through the app or the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
What the app is. VetoVoter is a casual tool for informal group decisions. It is not designed for legally binding, official, workplace-policy or election-style votes, and we don’t guarantee that results are tamper-proof or suitable for those purposes.
Your content. You are responsible for the questions you write. Don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful or misleading, or anything that exposes other people’s private information. We may remove content or links that break these terms. To report a question, use “Report this question” on the voting screen or email [email protected] with the code from the link.
Link voting. Anyone you give a link to can see your question and vote. Share links only with people you want to take part. We aren’t responsible for who you share them with, or who they pass them on to.
Fair use. Don’t try to interfere with the app or its servers, guess other people’s links, vote more than once by trickery, or use the app to harass others.
VetoVoter Pro. Pass-the-phone voting and voting on a link someone sent you are free. Creating link votes needs VetoVoter Pro, a one-off in-app purchase (your first link vote is free to try). Pro is billed by Google Play, tied to your Google account, follows Google Play’s refund rules, and can be restored on a new phone with “Restore purchase”. Prices may change for future buyers; it never affects a purchase you’ve already made.
Availability. We try to keep VetoVoter working but don’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Features may change, and link votes are deleted after the period set out in the privacy policy.
No warranty. VetoVoter is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of VetoVoter, including decisions made using it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t lawfully be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Ending use. You can stop using VetoVoter at any time. We may suspend access for breaches of these terms.
Changes. We may update these terms and will change the date at the top. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you may also have the protection of your local consumer laws and can bring claims in your local courts.
